The air filter element is an important protective barrier for the air compressor.
1. The air filter element can filter out the dust and impurities in the air sucked by the air compressor. The cleaner the inhaled air is, the oil filter element will ensure the service life of the oil and gas separator and oil.
2. The air filter element is made of high-quality filter paper, which is pleated and folded to form a filter with special automatic equipment to achieve 100% uniformity.
3. The hazards of the overdue use of the air filter element: insufficient air volume of the unit affects production, excessive pressure resistance of the filter element, increased load of the unit, reduced life of the main unit, and damage to the filter element, causing debris to enter the main unit and cause the main

unit to lock up and become scrapped.
1. The oil separation filter element is made of HV ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material, and the misty oil and gas mixture in the compressed air can be filtered out when it passes through the oil separation filter element.
2. The oil separation filter element adopts fine seam welding, spot welding technology and the application of two-component glue to ensure that the oil separation filter element has high mechanical strength and can work normally at a high temperature of 120 ºC.
3. The oil separation filter element can remove solid dust, oil and gas particles and liquid substances in the compressed air.
